Orbis project organizes events, workshops, guided tours, and other digital activities of various types and formats, including online ones, which you may attend and for which prior registration may be required. If you request it, your personal data may be processed to enable your participation in such activities related to Orbis project and promoted from time to time through the Website.
The personal data processed by Orbis project to enable participation in the aforementioned activities may be collected either directly through forms available on the Website or obtained from third parties (such as, for example, educational institutions, business partners, or ticket service providers). These data include your name, contact information, and any other categories of personal data necessary for participation in the specific event, which will be specified on a case-by-case basis.
The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes outlined in this section is the performance of a contract, pursuant to Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR, and/or compliance with a legal obligation to which Orbis project is subject, pursuant to Article 6.1(c) of the GDPR, and/or the legitimate interest of Orbis project, which, being properly balanced with yours, does not require your explicit consent. Only if event registration necessitates the processing of sensitive data related to your health (e.g., for dietary safety reasons), explicitly provided by you, will the legal basis for processing be your explicit consent under Article 9.2(a) of the GDPR.

In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data) and community, (European regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every effort possible and proportionate so as not to infringe the rights of users.
This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors / users of the site. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency in relation to the information that the site collects and how it uses it.
Legal basis of the processing
This site processes data based on consent. With use or consultation of this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.
